Made-to-Measure/Custom Made Clothing means just that - made for a particular person. These items are therefore non-returnable for refund for any reason unless it is obviously a mistake on our part. We do not acknowledge orders. This costs money and will only increase the cost of goods in the long run. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE MADE WITH ORDER: We accept Visa and Access only. Please follow the clear instructions below. NB An allowance for UK Postage & Packing is included in prices stated. For overseas orders please add £10.00. OVERSEAS ORDERS: No returns accepted due to problems of refunding money, however we will exchange goods at any event we attend in the UK if goods are returned in the same condition as received and prior arrangements have been made. TAILORING: Measurements will only be accepted in inches. This is because some continental customers have mixed metric and inches which has caused problems and delay in completing orders. REMEMBER: YOU KNOW WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE, WE DON'T! UNIFORMS: Please make sure the measurements you supply are correct. Due to the workload we do not undertake alterations under any circumstances. We check all measurements before sending your order out, so if it does not fit then it's down to you! If you are planning to add to your uniform at a later stage, we strongly advise that you order at the same time as we cannot guarantee the same shade and material will be available at a later date.
